There are a lot of pet-friendly agencies that will have absolutely nothing against you bringing along a cat, a dog, or perhaps your hamster or a bird. Of course, some animals certainly won’t be allowed, such as, for instance, horses, or goats, but I am guessing that this is clear to everyone. One thing you should keep in mind, though, is that finding housing could be more difficult if you are bringing animals along. How Many Experiences Do You Need To Be Eligible? If this entire idea sounds appealing to you, but you are worried that you might not have the necessary experience to become a travel nurse, then let us get our facts straight on all of this. Basically, you need one year of experience in your field of expertise, but some jobs might require two years, or perhaps even more. The good thing is that, even if you might not have the experience right now, you’ll get there in no time. How Long Are The Assignments? The length of the assignments will, of course, vary. They can range anywhere from four weeks to 26 weeks. A typical assignment, however, is 13 weeks long, which is enough time to settle in, but not enough to get bored.
